Power reflexology - 30 minute treatment - £25
Reflexology - 60 minute treatment - £45
Maternity and fertility reflexology - 60 minute treatment - £45
Hot stone reflexology - 60 minute treatment - £50
Ultimate relaxation - 90 minute combined foot and hand reflexology treatment - £65
Loyalty scheme available - pay for nine treatments and receive the tenth treatment free
Home visits are available by prior arrangement
Payment is by card, cash or bank transfer
Who can receive reflexology:
Reflexology is suitable for anybody from babies to the elderly. There are some instances where I will be unable to treat due to medication being taken and/or conditions the client is suffering from, however I will discuss these with you at the time of booking to ensure you can be treated.
What do I need to wear:
Unlike a massage you will not need to remove clothing to receive reflexology. I just ask that you wear something comfortable and are able to remove footwear, socks and roll up trousers to allow me to access your lower leg.
How many sessions will I need:
A treatment plan will be discussed during your initial consultation. This will be unique to you and depend upon your reasons for seeking reflexology treatments and what you want to achieve from those treatments. It may be that you just come along once a month for a bit of ‘me time’ and to relax away from the stresses of every day life.
What products are used:
I use Neal’s Yard Remedies organic grape seed oil and Songbird reflexology balms. I will discuss any allergies you may have with you and always use the most appropriate product for your treatment.
