I live in Colchester, Essex with my husband and son. We're lucky enough to live close to Highwoods Country Park and love exploring amongst the trees at the weekend.
I've had an interest in reflexology for the past fifteen years and have always turned to reflexology to help me cope during times of stress and when I need to re-balance myself emotionally. Working full-time in a corporate environment and struggling to conceive lead to me suffering from the effects of stress, this was when I first turned to reflexology. I then received regular reflexology treatments during my journey to motherhood and beyond.
My son loves receiving reflexology treatments and from a mum’s point of view I can really see the benefits it has on his sleep and mental wellbeing. My husband is also a great advocate of reflexology and regularly falls asleep during treatments.
To qualify as a reflexologist I originally trained with Louise Keet at The London School of Reflexology and have also trained in Maternity Reflexology and the use of hot stones for reflexologists with Sally Earlam.

Where ever you live I can be easily reached by car or public transport.
I have a therapy room in my garden at home which is situated to the north of Colchester, Highwoods area, and can be easily reached from the A12. There is plenty of on street parking and I am close to the Water Tower stop if you're travelling by bus.
